Delivery and Return Terms (“Terms”)

These Delivery and Return Terms (“Terms”) regulate the principles regarding the purchase, activation (delivery), and cancellation/refund processes of digital services/subscriptions offered via the digital platform www.eenrat.com (“Portal”).

1. Nature of Delivery (Digital Delivery)

Services purchased through the Portal do not involve physical delivery; they are deemed “delivered” by granting digital access rights and activating the relevant modules within the user account according to the selected plan.

2. Delivery Time (Access Activation)

  • If the payment is successful, access to the plan is activated instantly or within a maximum of 24 hours.
  • In case of technical delays, users may submit a support request via data@eenrat.com.

3. Commencement of Service Use

Once access is activated, the user may log in to the Portal, use assessment tools, and generate reports and similar outputs. The accuracy and timeliness of the data entered into the system are the responsibility of the user.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy (Digital Services)

Services offered through the Portal are primarily digital services intended for businesses (B2B). Therefore, refunds are not granted as an automatic right. However, requests may be evaluated in good faith depending on the specific circumstances.

5. Right of Withdrawal Notice (If Applicable for B2C Scenarios)

If the user qualifies as a consumer and the right of withdrawal applies under applicable legislation, such right may be limited or terminated once the performance of digital content/services has commenced. Statutory rights remain reserved.

6. Procedure for Cancellation/Refund Requests

  • Requests for cancellation/refund must be submitted via email to data@eenrat.com.
  • The request must include: user email, plan name, payment date, and the reason for the request.

7. Exceptions

The following cases may not be eligible for cancellation/refund:

  • Activation and use of the service (starting surveys, generating reports, exporting outputs, etc.)
  • User-related incorrect/incomplete data entry or wrong plan selection
  • Misuse, unauthorized access attempts, or breach of contract
